Is this really free or does this cost something?

Yes, during the pilot phase Toqan is free for the first 20 customers. You keep paying for the tools you already use (POS, delivery platforms, etc.). We cover everything on our side - setup, onboarding, and the AI itself. Toqan is free because we're in a testing phase where restaurants trial our AI completely free. No contract, no commitment. We want your feedback to shape the product.

What does Toqan actually do day-to-day?

It depends on your setup, but typically it generates staff schedules, tracks and reorders stock, runs marketing campaigns, handles financial admin summaries, and flags operational issues before they become problems. You stay in control and can override anything.

What if Toqan gives wrong recommendations or makes a mistake?

You stay in control. Toqan suggests, you decide — nothing changes in your systems without your approval. And the more you use it, the better it gets at understanding your restaurant and giving relevant answers.

Is my restaurant data safe with Toqan?

Your data is encrypted, never shared with third parties, and never used for training. You can request full deletion at any time. Security is a core priority — Toqan is built by Prosus and already approved by large enterprises.

Do I need to be tech savvy to use Toqan?

Not at all. We handle the full technical setup. You don’t need to configure anything, install anything, or learn new software. You chat with Toqan like you would with a colleague. No coding or IT knowledge needed.
